To return an item, please contact our Customer Support Team by emailing us at email@example.com. One of our Customer Support Team will respond to your request within 2 business days with instructions on how to return the watch. You will be issued a return authorization number which must be enclosed within the shipment that will be sent back. If you return the shipment without a return authorization number provided, it will not be accepted and processed.
We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping and will not bear the cost of the return shipment unless you have been sent an incorrect or defective product. All watch returns are sent back to our warehouse in Hong Kong.
